About Chloe
I have always had an intense passion for learning, and would like to study Philosophy and German at university, ultimately wanting to use what I learn to work towards achieving a greater good through the art of debate and connection. I hope to begin this journey by helping students achieve the grades they are fully capable of, and therefore opening as many doors as possible to them.
I have had experience tutoring individually through a mentor programme at my school, and also run various clubs in which a large number of people are under my guidance.

I am a first Year A Level student studying German, English, Physics and I am predicted to achieve grades A*, A*, A respectively in my exams next year. I have an immense passion for these subjects of which I believe broaden the mind and challenge me to question my preconceived notions of the world; I would love to help potential tutees with any aspect of these subjects with which they feel they struggle, in an encouraging and positive environment. I believe that top students are made, not born.
I would be incredibly happy to teach German, English or Physics to GCSE level, as well as Maths (where I achieved grade 9 at GCSE).
I am very flexible in my teaching methods, adapting to the tutee's needs and the type of learner they are, but always making sure they feel encouraged, motivated and comfortable. Further, my teaching times are very flexible to suit the tutee, with a typical lesson lasting one hour.
I also have a particular passion for helping Primary School students with their Maths and English, should they feel they have been disadvantaged due to Lockdowns and lack of in-person teaching.
