About Niklas
Hi, I am happy that YOU found here! Sports and fitness have been influencing me for half my life. Originally from Germany, I first worked here, then in Melbourne (Australia) in various studios, for personal training companies and as a freelancer. As a longtime strength / martial artist and licensed trainer, I have great fun leading other people to their sporting goals. At the moment I work at a fitness club in Hamburg alongside my freelance work. I really enjoy working with people and I coach each of my clients individually and with a personal approach. I specialize in muscle building, weight loss and functional training.

Exercise and sport are part of a healthy, balanced life. Training contributes significantly to a strong body, a good immune defense and a healthy psyche. To help you stay active, I've cut my prices in half, details below. My training methods are based on old-school exercises, supplemented and expanded by modern knowledge from biomechanics, sports medicine and training theory. Instead of a multitude of expensive food supplements with dubious effects, I orient myself to the guiding principles for a healthy and strong diet and regular training. Everyone works a little differently, is motivated differently and therefore needs to be trained differently, which is why I attach great importance to long anamnesis discussions and a good relationship with my customers. At the moment, of course, I come by with a mask and disinfectant kit. We mainly train outdoors!

Sehr kompetenter und aufmerksamer Trainer. Hat mir wieder zu meiner alten Fitness verholfen und das neue Angebot ist sehr preiswert.
Habe Niklas‘ Hilfe in Anspruch genommen und kann sagen, dass ich es nicht bereue. Sehr kompetent und fachlich begabt (vor allem in Sprachen) und sich nicht zu schade Themen mehrmals und detailliert zu erklären bis man es endgültig versteht. Konnte mich seitdem in jedem Fach verbessern. Klare Empfehlung!
Ich kenne Niklas jetzt schon eine sehr lange Zeit. Und dadurch kann ich auch seine Fähigkeiten einschätzen. Er war schon immer sehr gut in Fremdsprachen(Englisch) und Sprachen generell.
Einen Aufsatz/ Artikel oder sonstiges zu verfassen ist kein Problem für ihn. Egal ob es um eine Lektüre oder ein aktuelles politisches Geschehen geht ist er sehr wortgewandt.
Auch was seine sportliche Leistung angeht ist er in Topform. Durch eine Ausbildung zum Personal-Trainer und Jahre langer Erfahrung ist er auch hier sehr flexibel und kann sicherlich ein weitreichendes Feld an Fragen und Aktivitäten abdecken!Sehr umgänglicher und sympathischer Typ.
