I have six life coaching certifications in a variety of stress reduction and spiritual disciplines. I have a Bachelor’s in Counseling and I’m working toward a Master’s in it as well. I’m a certified hypnotherapist, ordained minister/spiritual counselor, and meditation and breath work instructor. And I am a life long energy healer.
