I am a qualified, Emotion Code practitioner, Personal trainer, Project Manager, Nutritionist, and general motivator to help you lead your best life possible.
I have helped coach, teach, and train people from all walks of life.
I have focused on students between the age of 13 - 20 in the last 12 years, as I am also a Physical Education teacher.
