My work focuses on applying psychology to the problems people actually bring: overthinking, difficult decisions, communication, relationships, and the struggle to act on what they already know. I’ll take your situation seriously, ask careful questions, and be honest about where my expertise can help.

You can explain your patterns, trace where they came from, and see what needs to change. Then the moment arrives to make a decision, have the conversation, or take the first step—and you’re back inside your head.
That gap between insight and action is the focus of my work.
I work with people caught in rumination, decision paralysis, self-doubt, and repeating relationship patterns. Often, you don’t need more information. You need help seeing what happens *at the point where you stop yourself*—and finding a way to move that you can actually follow.
My background is in clinical psychology and applied philosophy. I also lecture in personal development and communication to more than 100 vocational college students. I bring that knowledge into direct, thoughtful conversations about your life: the decisions you postpone, the conversations you avoid, and the version of yourself you keep preparing to become.
