About Kyle
I have had a varied and interesting career! My first job out of high school was when I worked for the federal government as a Bilingual in the department of transportation. I have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, in both languages.
As for education, I graduated high school with honors. I have acquired many accreditations through my employment as well.

As they say, there is more than one way to skin a cat! I believe that every person learns in a unique way. Therefore, I also believe there is no one way to "properly" teach someone.
I like to get to know my students. Establishing a relationship and some level of trust is key. Once I have gotten to know how a person learns best, I devise a custom fit plan just for them. I use a learning style assessment tool among other things to help in this process.
I believe positive reinforcement and fun can both enhance learning. Outcomes such as improvement in marks are great but how you make it to that point is very important to me as well.
