About Thomas

I have researched running fitness for years, not just from my years of experience running in school but in my personal time to get myself in shape to run my own personal marathons.

I've verified my training and worked with various fitness instructors in my previous full-time position at a fitness company, which means I know my nutrition, human anatomy, and how to create great proper fitness goals for you.

About the lesson

I can give you a great running plan catered to your schedule, needs, and current fitness level. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I know I can help.

I possess fitness equipment to properly train you in important strength based exercises for runners to strengthen muscles and prevent injury.
