About Frank
Retiring from government engineering career service in July of 2006 after 25 successful years, once a High School Physics Teacher, I came full circle and back to education, teaching “Introduction to Applied Physics” and “Physical Science” at a Math, Science and Technology (STEM) Magnet Middle School before retiring in 2013. There, I had created and taught an Introduction to Applied Physics and Physical Science Program for 6th, 7th and 8th Graders, while collaborating with the US Navy and Army to help bolster technology infusion into the middle school science curriculum as part of a Defense grant initiative I fostered. In 2013, I joined with NSTA, first as a consultant and then as a Outreach Specialist while promoting the Army's "STEM" Educational Outreach Programs (AEOP) nationwide retiring in 2018.

I have taught High School Physics and Physical Science lab intensive hands-on low stress courses. Have also created and taught low stress hands-on science to middle school students. Promoted both team teaching STEM collaborations and innovative team teaching techniques. Promoted STEM classrooms without walls to improve student interest, excitement and science learning K-20.
