I am a male of mid 50s in age, I am a friendly, honest, tolerant but strict when need arises, I don't like misbehaving and disturbances during the learning and teaching, however learners can interrupt by asking questions any time. Any time is tea time when one has problems/questions related to the subject matter. I am a down to earth somebody.

What is important in Maths teaching and learning is interacting between the leaner and the teacher, the learners need to be more active participants, as a teacher I give guidance. As a teacher I use the principle of moving from known to unknown, so that I don't get stuck where learners are clueless.
