About Lakshmi
I am a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher in Ashtanga Yoga with international recognition. Teaching and deepening my own yoga practice brings me a great sense of fulfillment, which led me to leave my corporate career two years ago and fully devote myself to yoga. Through five years of personal practice and guidance from my Guru during my teacher training, I have gained a deep understanding of various techniques and alignments that ensure a safe and effective yoga practice.

1. For those of you looking to advance your practice and general fitness:
My teaching method will be based on the foundations of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga. The classes will be a mix of traditional yoga poses, yoga flow, and some modern variations to yoga poses.

Along with strength and flexibility training, we will have a 10 min Pranayama session towards the end of the class. Duration of the class will be 1 hour.

Perfect! I still remember the first session I had with Lakshmi. She started off with warm up the second we connected online. And while doing so she asked if I had any pain points and continued the session accordingly.
I was impressed with her way in the first 5 minutes itself and signed up with her for one on one sessions. She always listens to your goals and also figures out a way to fix any issues you have. I was not able to do chakrasana initially due to no strength in my hands and she focused on those areas to fix the issue and eventually we started to see the progress.
She makes you fall in love with your body and mind and let me tell you she is an amazing teacher ️️- Divya is a very dedicated student who is ever ready to try out any new dynamics of yoga poses. Lakshmi is very professional in her daily classes. She also provides tips for healthy homely diet too..As I am a banker daily I face stress in my official life . But after attending yoga classes of Lakshmi I feel relaxed daily now
I am Sathish from Bangalore and attending Lakshmi's Yoga classes for last one and half month. The way she is teaching is amazing because each asana she will explaining how to do and the purpose . For me it is helping lot to improve the breathing and body flexibility. The way her teaching is appreciable and recommending one and all to join her yoga classes.
I am Vaidyanathan based in Delhi and having online yoga class sessions with Lakshmy for the last one month. In every class there is something new to practice. The breathing exercise and stretching exercise gradually making me stronger and flexible. Also the breathing exercise is very deeply explained with Diagrams as to how the air is passed through the nostril etc. An excellent teacher and would highly recommend her classes.
