About Léa

I am a business marketing student at Monash university. Being French, I used to live in Indonesia and now live in Melbourne. While being expatriate, I give a lot of lessons to English speakers. I have more than 4 years a private tutoring.

About the lesson

Bonjour! Comment ca va? C'est parti!

If you are looking to practice your French with a native speaker online or while having a coffee, I might be the right tutor for you!

Who I am? Get to know me!

My name is Léa and I am a Business Strategist, who loves sharing my culture and teach French. I was born in Lille (North of France) and moved to Melbourne 4 years ago after being in Indonesia for a while. I am a sport addict: I love fitness, boxing and spinning!

What about my experience teaching French?

I have been teaching French to diverse students, in Indonesia and in Australia for now 4 years. I thought French in a couple of specialised schools with group lessons, which was wonderful as well!

What's my style? How do my classes look like?

I am very flexible. If you want to achieve a particular goal, I can definitely design my class to help you out!

From experience, the most challenging part is speaking and getting to a conversational level, which is why my classes are based on guided discussions. I love grabbing a coffee with my students and going for a walk while speaking French!

My philosophy

No pain, no gain! Learning a language is challenging (I am learning myself Spanish!)... so.. let's get on the work together!

Léa is a fantastic French teacher. She is well prepared and can explain complex French concepts easily. She is very friendly and patient and puts you at ease immediately. She encourages you to speak as much as possible and she records any mistakes you have made so that you can review them together. I highly recommend Léa if you are looking for a French teacher to help you achieve your learning goals.

Léa is a amazing teacher and a charming person. I can see how passionate she is when teaching. She is a dedicated teacher and you can see this in her classes. She is really well prepared. She is patient and polite when correcting pronunciation. I improved a lot mine with her. She is not afraid to tell you when you are using a word in a wrong way and this is very important to me. She will push you to learn and use more vocabulary in every session.
She is going to teach you more than French, you will learn about culture and from her experience around the world. She will encourage you to learn more and more.
She is responsable, honest, and respectful.

100% recommended.
