About Salem
I am a BA student doing a tripple major in psychology, Criminology and Anthropology. I've had intensive Training as an athlete from high school all the way to Varsity. I've played a variety of sports including soccer and rugby. I love sports and the adrenaline rush that comes with it.

My methodology is very simplistic in it's approach, I try not to complicate it because in doing that you lose out on the vitals. So its interactive, flexible but still intense and unique to each group and /or individual depending on who I'm teaching. I've come to learn that a complex approach often leaves little room for improvement and participation.
