About Sourena
Hello!
I understand that mathematics is sometimes difficult to connect with. I too had to face this issue at times. Yet I believe that if taught correctly, mathematics is truly simple and, even dare I say, enjoyable. From wanting to do well in admission tests and exams to simply wanting to understand certain concepts better, I hope to help get you closer to these goals.

My approach to teaching highlights understanding and emphasises grasping mathematical methods rather than simply memorising concepts. I personalise each student’s lessons based on their needs and goals in order to maximise your output. Lessons are set to last 60 minutes, yet they can be made shorter or longer based on your preference. I have studied both A-level Maths and Further Maths and have also achieved high honours in Maths and Computer Science Olympiads and therefore I can teach students across many different levels.
