About Alastaire
I'm Alastaire, a 2024 Marine Biology grad. I really enjoyed my time as a PALS leader and tutor in my second year(and helping my sister with her A levels at the time) which led to me finding a lot of fulfilment in teaching. I graduated with an average of 82%(1st class) and got A*/A*/A*/A for my A levels, which were Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Computer Science. I've also been a freelance software dev for about 6 years, but I quit to pursue my career in Marine Bio.

All ages welcome. I can do lessons targeted at GCSE/A Level content between 30 mins - 1 hour. Okay with helping with specific course-related questions or teaching parts of the spec, especially for biology/chemistry and Maths. I did a year of tutoring Marine Biology for the first years when I was a second year at University, so I'm decently experienced catering to various learning types.
