I worked with students from various sociocultural backgrounds and aim to empower students as learners, scholars, writers, and thinkers. Generally taking an indirective tutoring style, i.e., guiding and encouraging students to think and reflect rather than directly giving out answers, I constantly adapt to students' learning styles and individual strengths. I have experience working with middle and high school students.
