About Sofia
I have been studying music since I was 7 years old, and I have many participations in competitions, masterclasses and workshops, with musicians such as Vincent David, Kenneth Tse, Nicolas Prost, Ties Mellema, Ottis Murphy, Mario Marzi, Quatour Morphing, Gerard McChrystal, Henrique Portovedo , Fernando Ramos, Ricardo Pires, and Mário Marques (among others).
I've performed in places such as Centro Cultural de Belém (where I was part of the Orquestra Filarmonia das Beiras), Casa da Música, Conservatório de Vigo, among others. others.
I completed my Degree in Saxophone - Performance and the Masters in Music Education at the same institution - University of Aveiro.

Private saxophone lessons from beginner level to 8th grade.
I am also available to teach those who have not had any prior training and at all ages.
Through the classes I am available to help and work with those who want to learn this instrument, always flexibly and in accordance with the student's goals; or help improve both technical and expressive aspects of those who already practice it.
Besides learning the saxophone, I am also available to provide some theoretical concepts of musical training if required or needed for musical learning.
