I’m a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, and a mom of four, so I understand both the classroom and home learning environment. I’ve taught across multiple year levels and know how to connect with kids in a warm, encouraging way. My approach is flexible and responsive. I tailor each session to meet your child’s unique needs, helping them feel confident, capable, and supported. I’m passionate about making learning a positive experience and love seeing tamariki grow in both skills and self-belief.

As a fully qualified primary teacher, I offer supportive, one-on-one tutoring tailored to Australian and New Zealand kids from Kindergarten/Year 1 to 6. I use a student-centred approach, adapting lessons to suit each child’s learning style, strengths, and needs. My goal is to build confidence, spark curiosity, and help learners feel proud of their progress.
I use a mix of hands-on activities, visual tools, and clear explanations to make concepts easier to understand—especially in reading, writing, and maths. Lessons usually run for 45 minutes to an hour and are paced to suit the individual child.
With classroom experience across a range of year levels, I bring a calm, encouraging presence and a real passion for helping tamariki thrive. Whether your child needs catch-up support or extension, I’ll meet them where they’re at and help them move forward.
