About Nadeeka

I am an experienced English Language and English Literature teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience in government schools. Throughout my career, I have worked with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, helping them develop their language skills, critical thinking, and confidence. I provide personalised lessons tailored to individual learning needs and offer support in all four language skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking. I can also assist with English Literature, academic writing, examination preparation, and general English proficiency. Beyond academic support, I encourage a balanced approach to learning and personal development, offering mentoring and guidance to help students build confidence and achieve their goals. I am available for in-person lessons in Auckland and online lessons for students anywhere in the world. I welcome learners of all ages and proficiency levels.

About the lesson

I offer both online and in-person tutoring tailored to each student's individual needs. My lessons are student-centred, engaging, and interactive, incorporating communicative and game-based learning approaches to help learners achieve their academic and language goals.

I provide support in all four language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—while creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. Beyond academic success, motivated students will also benefit from guidance in personal growth, confidence building, goal setting, and other valuable life skills that can contribute to a successful future.
