I have 5 years of experience as a tutor working with students in Prek to 12th grade. I have worked in established tutoring centers as well as with private clients. I have experience with face to face and virtual tutoring. I am punctual and organized and focus on thelearning needs of the student. I work with parents to address their concerns about their child's learning.

My approach to learning is tailored to the student. I use hands on activities, read alouds, crafts, and moreto help students make connections to reading and writing. One of the best ways for a student to grasp these two areas of learning is through a variety of learning experiences where they can connectto what they are learning. This helps them to comprehend and to hold onto what they have learned.
