She is patient and great at explaining things so you know what to do and how to do it. I am so appreciative of all she did to prepare me not only for the test but for the job itself.
Highly trained professional with the experience, wisdom and intelligence needed to instruct anyone with goals of becoming a healthcare worker/professional whether they're new or experienced as well.
