I am a 30 year old female with 8 years experience working as a personal trainer. My personal attitude towards fitness is all based around the positive impact it has on my life as a whole. Feeling strong physically whilst nourishing my body with the foods I need enhances all aspects of my life and I support my clients in developing this positive outlook and confidence in owning their health.
