About Elizabeth
I studied my undergraduate degree in classical vocal performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. After graduating from here, I went on to further study my Masters in classical singing at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Since, I have been working as a Secondary school music teacher and freelance musician.
I am passionate about music education. I aim to instil confidence in others to engage in this wonderful art. Singing is so important to me as it is such a unique, individual gift! I believe that everyone has the ability to sing, we just need to understand and be trained in how best to use our instrument.

As a Secondary school music teacher, I have a solid understanding of music curriculum which I incorporate into private instrumental lessons. I have experience teaching singing to students privately, and also delivering larger musical workshops to different community groups.
In a singing lesson, I seek to help my students find their true voice in a supportive, safe environment. I believe in the importance of understanding vocal anatomy as a basis for learning to sing, teaching students this knowledge to empower and build individual confidence in exactly how to best use the voice and avoid damage.
I provide singing lessons for a variety of ages, from young to more mature voices.
