About Kate
My philosophy and goal with Math education is to show students that anyone can be successful in Math with the right level of support. I pride myself in being extremely friendly and patient with all of my students, giving them encouragement every step of the way. I have been told that my explanations are the perfect balance of rigorously accurate and easy to understand.

I strive to support your learning needs by using a variety of methods and explanations that are accessible and catered to your learning style, regardless of your prior experience or skill level. Currently only supporting live, online tutoring. While I have worked with Elementary School-aged students, Middle School-aged students and above (including adults) is preferred.

I was in Miss Kate's Trigonometry class. I had already taken and failed the class twice, but she was so nice and made everything so easy to understand so I could pass the class.
Kate helped me study for my AP Calculus test. I was struggling in the class and was so nervous that I'd fail, but Kate helped me build my confidence and I ended up passing with a 5!
