The learning method that I do is Examine, Determine, Uniqueness. Examine here is to identify students personal personalities(weaknesess and strength) through interest and aptitude tests. Then the Determine here is to determine the appropriate learning pattern according to the students abilities and need. Uniqueness, knowing that each student is unique and has their own learning patterns that must be applied to become The Best version of themselves.
