About Andy
Hello! I love math. I was part of competition math teams in middle and high school, completed my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, and the joy math brings me has only gotten stronger. I've been tutoring math for almost as long as I've been learning it, and I try to infuse my joy into every lesson I give.

I teach middle, high school, and undergraduate classes and have been tutoring for over a decade. I focus on understanding how my students process the subject matter, so I can best support their learning. Depending on the student's needs, most lessons will be short topic reviews/lessons, followed by either homework problems or my own to assess understanding. If we need to do test prep, or work on a project, then that will take precedence for the lesson.
