About Caitlin
I am currently studying Biochemistry at university, having achieved 9s in GCSE maths and further maths and As in the same at A Level. Maths continues to be an important part of my degree, and I have developed a strong appreciation for how useful a solid understanding of mathematical concepts can be across different subjects and future careers.
I am passionate about helping students develop this understanding rather than simply memorising methods. I believe Maths can become much less intimidating when topics are explained clearly and broken down into manageable steps.
I aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can ask questions, work through problems at their own pace and build confidence in their abilities. Whether a student is struggling with a particular topic, preparing for exams or simply looking to strengthen their mathematical foundations, I would tailor lessons to their individual needs and focus on helping them become more independent and confident learners.
