About Gustav
I am an experienced tutor and currently doing my masters in mathematical sciences at NTNU. I did my bachelors degree in pure mathematics at Imperial College London, graduating with first class honors. Prior to attending university, I completed the International Baccalaureate in Cambridge, scoring 7 (A * equivalent) in both Mathematics Higher Level and Further Mathematics. I speak English and Danish fluently and am able to teach in both.

I was drawn to maths from an early age and my goal is to make maths as fun and enjoyable as possible for my tutees. My teaching methods vary depending on students' individual needs and abilities. I want to ensure that my students feel comfortable around me and in an environment in which they can learn. My goal as a tutor is to help guide my tutee's understanding of mathematics by providing alternative explanations to topics covered in school and working through examples which will enable students to understand the material rather than simply being good at memorizing things for exams. I teach IB Mathematics Higher Level / Standard Level and IB Mathematical Studies.
