About Soza
Maths and Physics teacher with experience at primary and secondary levels. I have completed Overseas Teacher Training and level 2 Teaching Support and am currently looking to extend my UK experience in a teaching support role where I can contribute to raising achievement levels in my subject areas. I have good Knowledge of UK National Curriculum including science and maths subjects. I also have Level 2 Teaching Support Qualification – working towards level 3. I have good understood of safeguarding, child protection and health and safety. I have completed LDA Overseas Teacher Training course. I can speak three languages (Kurdish, Arabic, and English). My intermediate computer skills, Word processing, Spread sheets, Data bases and Web Design raised my teaching skills during my sessions. I have experience teaching Kurdish to children aged 6 years and above. I taught Maths and Physics to secondary aged pupils aged 12 – 16 in classes of 25 – 30 p. Followed Maths curriculum and prepared students for end of year exams and Baccalaureate. Behaviour management, setting targets and monitoring achievement, marking and giving feedback to students.
