About Kobby
I am a Mechanical Engineer with a speciality in structural calculations. Mathematics and physics are key fundamentals in my field of work. I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and been working in the engineering industry for some years now. I understand the application of mathematical theory into a real-life situation. I have been tutoring since my university days and also supported students through GCSE maths and A level maths.

My teaching method is based on accessing individual needs and tailoring the lessons around their needs. I use plenty of real-life situation to explain theories. I understand each person has their strengths and weaknesses. I explain concepts with plenty of examples and gives similar questions to build students understanding and confidence. I am also keen on using a real-life situation where applicable to explain mathematical concepts to ensure students understand the application of the topics been taught.
