About Hasan
A confident and motivating tutor, studying medicine at the University of Leeds. Experienced in teaching GCSE Sciences and A level biology and chemistry, as well as offer advice for any students interested in applying to study medicine. My academic record: 9A* at GCSE and 3A* at A-Level. As an experienced mentor and tutor, I teach through a combination of auditory and visual methods, with a strong emphasis on a logical step-by-step approach. As an experienced mentor and tutor, I teach through a combination of auditory and visual methods, with a strong emphasis on a logical step-by-step approach. A common mistake students make is to learn 'content' and neglect questions, however, from experience I know that A-Level Chemistry and Biology require a lot of attention on past papers and exam style questions and I make sure to incorporate these into lessons. Through employing a variety of teaching techniques such as flashcards, mindmaps, websites and videos, Hasan is more than capable of delivering effective and highly engaging teaching sessions to any student at GCSE level or below.
