About Mila
I’m a contemplative practitioner and certified yoga and meditation coach with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, burnout, grief, and emotional overwhelm. My approach integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based techniques such as mindful breathing, body scan, Yoga Nidra, Ho’oponopono, and mantra meditation. I’ve taught clients across the U.S., South Korea, Sweden, and India, and have led programs for yoga teacher trainings, wellness retreats, and online sessions. My work is grounded in both scientific understanding and deep spiritual study, including ongoing training at a monastery in South India. I specialize in creating safe, personalized spaces that foster nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and sustainable inner peace.
