About Melody
Melody is a dynamic individual holding professional certifications in business, nutrition, and education. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Registration through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in the United States of America. She also holds teaching certifications in Montessori methods, and earned an M.B.A. from Kent State University. She currently tutors children and coaches adults in a variety of subjects including nutrition, wellness, general education, professional communications, and fine arts.

There are many programs but not many with a sustaining approach. Melody's program "Nutrition for Life" provides a map to real health, and to feeling and looking your best. In just four sessions, journey on your way to a healthier you! Here's an Overview: Session 0: Complimentary Introduction Session I: Learn Needs and Log Habits Session II: Review Habits, Map out Goals Session III: Make a Long-Term Wellness Plan Session IV: Address Special Topics Of course, if you want to continue coaching sessions to keep you on track, more is available. The initial virtual meeting is complimentary, so you can explore the program. No matter what your need, "Nutrition for Life" can map a level path for wellness.
