About Abdillah
I am someone who is actively looking to benefit students through tutoring, and help them achieve the top grades. I also believe that positive reinforcement and coaching are key traits that a tutor must have to enable a student to get the most out of a lesson. I believe tutors should tailor their sessions and make them in line with what the student studies in school so it is not disjointed from what they learn in school. I am here to help the student and ensure they achieve their potential through the supportive environment I aspire to establish.

My methodology is as follows: - Identify where the student is with their studies (e.g. if they have finished the content, upcoming exams, etc) - Spend lessons teaching (to ensure content is covered) so exam questions can be tackled at a later stage - Begin each lesson with quickfire questions from the previous lesson - Work on exam questions if content is completed and student is more confident - I also provide exam techniques and tips where applicable Typical length of a Lesson: 1 hour or 2 hours Qualifications: - 2+ years experience online tutoring (GCSE Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry & A-Level Maths and Physics) - First Class Honours in MEng Civil Engineering (UCL) - A* in A-Level Maths, Physics and Chemistry - Grade 9 in GCSE Chemistry, Grade 8 in GCSE Maths, Physics, and Biology Who the lessons are for: - Year 12 / 13 Students [16-18 years old] - Year 9 / 10 / 11 Students [13-16 years old]
