About Janelle
My name is Janelle. I was born and raised in NYC. I have always wanted to pursue art as a child. I made sure my dream came true as an adult. I attended the High School of Art and Design, I received my BFA in animation from the School of Visual Arts, and my MFA in education from School of Visual Arts. Applying for and attending art school can be challenging, especially if you don’t have the correct support. I can be the support you need to get accepted to your dream school.

I will teach vocabulary terms, basic drawing techniques, the basics on how to draw using shapes. How to add movement to drawings and how to do quick gesture drawings. I will be teaching students who are entering high school and who are entering college. We will be focusing mainly on developing a portfolio for your dream school.
