About Sarp
My name is Sarp, and I'm 17 years old. I'm a senior at Sırasöğütler Anatolian High School. I have experience at AP Calculus BC (1 & 2) and AP Physics C (Physics 1 & 2) at the university level. I enjoy playing chess as a hobby and take a personal interest in the students I teach. I stand out for my projects in my areas of interest and for being the school chess captain.

Hello! I'm a high school student and have been deeply interested in math for the past two years. For me, math isn't just a subject; it's a field that develops analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Over time, I've learned to approach topics from different perspectives and simplify abstract concepts.
Academically, I scored a 710 on the math section of the SAT. Furthermore, despite being in high school, I gained a strong foundation in advanced math and physics by completing AP Calculus BC (Calculus 1 and 2) and AP Physics C (Physics 1 and 2). These courses gave me a deeper understanding of topics and the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, understandable manner.
I offer in-person lessons if you're within 10 km of me, or online if needed. I work with middle school students. I carefully analyze each student's level, identify their weaknesses, and develop a personalized program. Instead of simply memorizing formulas, I aim to teach cause-effect relationships, logic, and problem-solving methods.
When I work with my students, I focus on changing their perspective on mathematics, building their self-confidence, and encouraging them to think systematically rather than panicking when solving problems. I strive to create a learning environment that is both productive and motivating in every lesson.
