About Inna
I have taught individuals as well as group classes. I work with all ages, including children. Students have given excellent, as well as constructive, feedback. I am always looking to improve my teaching style. Continuing my own education is important to me, and I am always reading and learning in order to deepen my practice and have more knowledge to share with others.

I have been practicing yoga and Meditation for over ten years. Earned my yoga teacher training certification in 2010 and have been teaching in a studio setting since 2013. I blend physical movement with breathing exercises, in order to assist clients in learning to sit in meditation. As a psychology graduate student, I care about mental health and well being. I have found meditation extremely helpful to living a fulfilling life and love sharing my passion with students. I am happy to work with students of all levels.
