Hello my name is Matthew, I motivate and guide clients on their fitness journey. As a mobile Personal Trainer Based in Central London I travel directly to the comfort of your home, park or office meaning you do not have to worry about being in a overcrowded gym.

About the lesson

Whether the goal is to lose weight or gain muscle, sessions are tailored to your needs whilst making sessions enjoyable and effective.
I also have a functional gym space available in Brixton 5 minutes from the station which can be used free of charge when you train with myself
Partner training also available so share the experience with a partner and reach your goals together
