About Aniesha
I initially obtained a Bcom Degree in Human Resource Management after formal schooling. After working in the banking industry for almost eight years,I realized that I needed more family time. I then completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. I worked as a substitute teacher for 3 month, prior to that I did a few months work as a Teacher's Assistant.

I prefer using a Student-Centered approach, I find it comforting to the student to act as a guide or a facilitator . This helps the student to feel comfortable sharing their views and opinions. It also ensures that the student is always actively participating in the classroom.
