About Di
Hello! My name is Shu Di, and you can also call me Melody. I’m a Finance student at Monash University with over four years of scholarship and tutoring experience, specializing in teaching Mandarin Chinese from beginner to intermediate levels (HSK 1–4).
As a native Mandarin speaker with a strong passion for language education, I design engaging and personalized lessons that make learning Mandarin fun, effective, and accessible. I use an interactive teaching style that combines conversation practice, grammar explanation, and cultural context to help students learn Chinese naturally and confidently. A typical lesson lasts about 60 minutes and is tailored to each student’s goals. I am currently studying Finance at Monash University, with a 4-year scholarship background and 4 years of experience teaching international students. My lessons are designed for beginners to intermediate learners (HSK 1–4), suitable for both school students and adults who want to improve their Chinese for study, work, or daily communication.
