About Mike
My name is Mike and I have been a physical education teacher & sport coach in the primary school for 25+ years.
I have learnt a great deal while running my company called Morsport which specializes in the above mentioned and continue to look for new ways of building/improving on the various skills & sport coaching that has been taught.
I also have been an Adventure Leader, Play Leader & Fitness Instructor while travelling overseas.
I am an online running coach (concealed information) where I share my 30 years of marathon & ultra distance running, which I am currently still doing.
Two facebook groups - Morsport & Runzone 100 Club are where I post regularly, intereting information, articles, quotes, motivational bits, skills, training & fitness related information as a way of paying it forward to others.

The physical education & basic skills are grouped into eBooks/Digital formats that can be used as programs to conduct through the year, either as development/progression in skills (dynamic active learning) or as a termly/yearly plan. They can also be used to supplement/enhance your teaching, coaching & evaluation.
They incorporate individual, partner & group skills as well as games, relays and competitions.
