My teaching method is greatly focused on verbal communication skills including listening comprehension. So from day one you can expect to be engaged in informal conversations. I make use of strategies such as word-picture association, question-answer patterns, dialogues and role-playing to make immediate use of grammar points. I try to include popular culture content whenever possible to really enhance your language learning experience.

Perfect! I’m really enjoying my lessons with Joshua. He is patient and thorough. I highly reccomend :D
Perfect! Joshua has been great. I have tried out 2 tutors previously who have been native Spanish speakers but they struggled to explain a lot of grammar rules to me I felt like I needed to understand. Joshua is able to explain these as someone who has also learned Spanish himself. He also plans effective lessons and has introduced me to some good online resources. Highly recommend!
