About Burak
I’m Burak, and I’m passionate about movement — in one way or another, I’m always moving. For me, training isn’t just about looking fit; it’s about becoming strong, mobile and resilient enough to keep tying my own shoes when I’m 70. That mindset is what drives me as a coach: helping you build a body that feels good to live in, moves naturally and stays athletic for life. I bring creativity, professionalism and years of experience exploring different methods to every session, making sure you feel supported and challenged at the right level.

I design a personal plan and guide you step by step, based on what you want and need. My approach combines basic strength work with mobility and raw, primal locomotion — training that shapes your body in a natural, athletic way and makes you truly strong.
We also address posture correction throughout, using decompression breathing and back chain activation techniques to restore your body’s alignment and keep you pain-free. These principles flow through every part of the training, so you not only build strength and mobility but also move better in everyday life.
What sets me apart is how I connect all these elements into one cohesive practice — strength, mobility, primal movement and posture — so you leave each session feeling stronger, freer and more aware of your body.
My lessons are for anyone who wants to move better, build a strong, athletic body and improve their posture — whether you’re a complete beginner, a regular gym-goer looking for something smarter, or simply tired of pain and stiffness
