I have 3 years of professional experience with adults with disabilities. I personally used the techniques I bring to the table and have others for different personality types. I am currently studying psychology at Slippery Rock University to aid in my life coaching. I am certified in life coaching, mindfulness, and nutrition. I am currently working on my yoga certification.
