About Jonathan
Hello! My name is Jonathan, and I am a native English speaker from the United States with a Level 5 TEFL Diploma.
I am passionate about helping students improve their English skills in a relaxed, supportive, and encouraging environment. I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel intimidating, so I focus on helping students feel comfortable and confident while practicing real-world English conversation.
As a tutor, I am patient, friendly, and adaptable to each student’s individual learning style and goals. Hello! My name is Jon and I am a native English speaker from Lakeland, Florida in the US. I recently received my Level 5 TEFL Diploma and am looking forward to putting it to good use! I specialize in relaxed, conversation-focused English lessons designed to help students build confidence speaking naturally in real-world situations.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and low-pressure. I understand that speaking a new language can feel stressful, so I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to practice without fear of making mistakes. I believe students learn best through real conversation, repetition, and practical use of the language rather than memorization.
