About Emily
Law graduate from the University of Reading with over 10 years of experience tutoring and teaching English to students from different backgrounds and levels.
CELTA-qualified and trained at International House London, with experience preparing students for IELTS and other English exams during teacher training. Experience also includes teaching abroad at a private English school in Brazil using the Callan Method.
Teaching experience covers everyday English, work, travel, university and exam preparation, with a focus on practical communication and building confidence.

My lessons are friendly, relaxed and adapted to each student’s needs and level. I focus on helping students feel more confident when speaking English and improving their grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
Lessons are practical and based on real-life situations, so students can use what they learn outside the classroom. I also like to use different topics and activities to make lessons interesting and enjoyable.
