My name is Michael.
I specialize in ADHD coaching, neurodiversity-affirming support, and practical strategies that help neurodivergent individuals (and those who support them) thrive.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and highly personalized — I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods.
Instead, I work with each person’s unique brain wiring, challenges, and superpowers to build sustainable skills and confidence

I use a coaching rather than traditional tutoring style — we focus on executive function, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and practical life/academic strategies. Key elements include:
Neurodiversity-affirming & strengths-based: We identify and leverage your (or your child’s) strengths while building tools for common ADHD challenges like focus, organisation, time management, task initiation, and emotional dysregulation.
Evidence-based strategies: Drawing from ADHD research, cognitive behavioural techniques, motivational interviewing, and practical executive function frameworks.
Collaborative & interactive sessions: Lots of dialogue, real-life examples, visual tools, customised systems (planners, apps, routines), role-play, and gentle accountability.
Flexible & responsive: Sessions adapt in real-time to energy levels, interests, and immediate needs — no rigid lectures.
Skill-building with transfer: We don’t just talk about strategies — we practise them together so they can be applied at school, work, or home.
The goal is empowerment: helping clients develop self-awareness and self-advocacy so they can manage their own path long-term.
Typical Length of a Lesson / Session
Standard sessions: 45–60 minutes (ideal for focus and energy management).
Initial discovery / intake session: 60–75 minutes to build a full picture.
Frequency: Weekly is most effective for building momentum, though fortnightly options are available depending on needs.
Sessions can be in-person (Perth area), online via Zoom, or a hybrid model.
