About Fanglin
I believe most students can understand mathematics and physics once the ideas start to connect. Instead of memorizing formulas, I try to help students build a clear structure of concepts in their mind. When the logic becomes clear, solving problems becomes much more natural.
In a way, learning mathematics is a bit like following a story: once you recognize the key ideas and how they relate to each other, everything becomes easier to understand and remember.

I focus on helping students build logical connections between concepts instead of simply memorizing formulas. My approach emphasizes understanding how ideas in mathematics and physics relate to each other, so students can solve problems independently and confidently. Lessons are typically 45 minutes and involve reviewing key concepts, working through exam-style questions, and identifying common mistakes.
I am currently an undergraduate physics student at NTU with a strong background in mathematics and physics (AP Physics C: Mechanics – 5, AP Calculus – 5). I offer tutoring in mathematics and physics for students from secondary school up to first-year university level, including O-Level, A-Level, IB, and similar curricula.
