About Troy
I have a BS degree in Nutrition Education, as well as an AA in Elementary Education. I have a passion for health, and want to impart wholistic knowledge to others.
I also have been living with Type 1 Diabetes (not to be confused with Type 2) for over 14 years. This condition has forced me to 'practice what I preach' in order to simply stay alive.
