About Maxime
Passionate about sport since always, I could practice many different sports: athletics, martial arts, collective sports and for almost 15 years, I practice bodybuilding as well as crossfit. I was able to acquire solid knowledge in the course of a sports training, whether for occasional athletes or the most experienced.

My teaching is based above all on listening. In order to establish an adapted sports program, it is important to know your audience and the objectives that they set for themselves. Also, each start of the training program will be composed of a feedback phase in order to offer the most personal program there is. The sessions will be progressive and will adapt to the current level and to the progress that the athlete will make. Sports sessions can be done either:
- individually, at the athlete's place or outdoors
- collectively
- on video
Advices on hygiene of life besides sports classes can also be shared with the athlete.

Perfect! Maxime est une personne sérieuse et ponctuelle. Il sait s'adapter aux demandes de chacun et préparer un cours ludique et énergique avec le matériel nécessaire. Coaching complet qui pallie à la fermeture des structures sportives, avec un programme adapté au profil de l'élève. Très satisfaite.
Perfect! Excellent premier cours avec Maxime, une très bonne méthodologie, le sourire, la gentillesse et l'écoute. Les exercices se sont adaptés en cours de route à mon niveau et ma séance était parfaite. Je recommence la semaine prochaine!
- Super premier entraînement avec Aurélie qui était très motivée et qui est allée jusqu'au bout! Pratiquant le sport de façon régulière, Aurélie va pouvoir progresser rapidement et effectuer des exercices de plus en plus exigeants.
