Hey, I'm Jodi. I’m a certified PT, mat & reformer Pilates instructor with 4+ years. I'm also a certified boxing instructor! I love working with all types of people, offering one-on-one sessions, 2:1 and working with small groups.
I keep my sessions supportive, encouraging, and tailored to your goals. Whether you want to get stronger, feel more flexible, or improve your overall well-being, I’m here to help you every step of the way. My sessions can also have a focus on well-being and lifestyle, focusing on reaching your full potential!

My lessons can be catered for all fitness levels whether wanting to get fitter or flexible, recovering from an injury, have limited mobility or build more strength I have experience catering programs to all!
From boxing to pilates and PT I enjoy training people in all different exercise techniques depending on what suits you!
